Grasp Music Australia complies with Australian Consumer Law. In the event of a major product fault or defect a full refund will be provided. If there are quality issues, we will provide a refund within 28 days. We offer full refund for the defective products. Please note we won’t refund for the reason of change of mind. We only provide the full refund due to the book quality issues. A free pre-paid shipping label will be provided to customers.

We only accept returns if your product is incorrect, damaged or defective by the carrier, or defective in another way and is with all original packing. and you have proof of purchase We will provide you a free return shipping label

Exchange Policy
We offer exchange within 28 days after your purchase if books were damaged, defective. A receipt as proof of purchase must be provided. We will provide you a free pre-paid postage label
Goods must be received by us in saleable condition for an exchange/refund to be possible. If the new item(s) cost more than the original purchase you will be required to pay the difference. If they cost less, we can either refund you the difference or issue a gift voucher for this value. Please note refunds can only be processed to the credit/debit card used for the original purchase.
